About me

My academic background is in Psychology with a PhD in how people transfer learning. I've also held management and leadership roles - as well as a host of formative office jobs when I left school!

I have over 20 years experience in leadership and management development across multiple industries and have delivered projects in Canada, India, South Africa, USA as well as one-off team events all over the world.
