My coaching provides teams with the ability to have any conversation they need in order to accelerate their performance. Team-bonding and outdoor pursuits have their place but sometimes you just need to get people in the same room at the same time to lean-in to the issues that they probably know are holding back their potential.

About me
I have a PhD in the transfer of learning. I've held management and leadership roles - but it was a series of office jobs when I left school that motivated me to make the experience of work better for people!
With over 20 years experience in leadership and management development across multiple industries I've delivered projects in Canada, India, South Africa, USA as well as one-off team events all over the world.
But it's not all about me - a good percentage of my work is behind the scenes. I'm a creative resource for People & Culture teams wanting interventions, surveys and advice on making things stick.
